Dr Stefka Yankova

Dr Stefka Yankova graduated from Sofia Medical University in 2004.

 

From 2005 to 2009 she worked as a resident physician at the Paediatric Department of Ihtiman Hospital. From 2010 to 2011 she was part of the team of the Clinic of Children’s Diseases at Alexandrovska University Hospital. Since 2016 and until this day, she has been working as a physician assistant in the Clinic of Pediatric Nephrology and Hemodialysis at Professor Doctor Ivan Mitev Children’s Hospital – Sofia.

 

In 2014 she received a certificate of recognized specialty in Paediatric Diseases, and in 2020 – a certificate of recognized specialty in Paediatric Nephrology and Hemodialysis.

 

She is a member of the Bulgarian Paediatric Association, the European Society of Paediatric Nephrology (ESPN), and the International Paediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA).
