Close collaboration between chemists and biologists ensures a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to the development and implementation of innovative diagnostic tests and methods in the hospital’s clinical practice.
The laboratory’s primary focus is research dedicated to developing new methods for assessing reproductive potential. This work is carried out in close partnership with the Department of Reproductive Medicine and the Research Laboratory at Nadezhda Hospital.
The Chemical Laboratory is where innovations are born and rapidly translated into clinical practice—enabling more accurate diagnosis, more effective treatment, and more successful journeys to parenthood.

Equipment
The Chemical Laboratory is equipped with instrumentation unique among hospitals in Bulgaria, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. This technology enables the analysis of specialized biomarkers included in the innovative tests developed by the Research Laboratory team.
This equipment is an essential component of the Metabolic Age Test, as it allows the analysis of a significant proportion of its biomarkers. In addition to the Chemical Laboratory, part of the testing process is carried out in the hospital’s Clinical Laboratory and Research Laboratory.
