Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
In the Department of Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy at Nadezhda Medical Center in Paradise Center, consultations and physiotherapy procedures are performed in connection with pain syndromes of various origins, orthopedic diseases, vertebrogenic disorders of the peripheral nervous system, oncological rehabilitation, and others.
The activity of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department is directly linked to the other medical specialties at Nadezhda Hospital and Nadezhda Medical Center. For complete recovery, some patients require physiotherapy. In addition, patients who directly seek their help, as well as those referred from other specialized practices and medical institutions, can consult the specialists from the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation sector.

Therapies and treatment methods:
Applied in cases of chronic back pain, low back pain, hypermobility, and spinal “blockage.” This method includes soft-tissue techniques on muscles, insertions, and tendons, as well as manual mobilizations and manipulations (“release techniques”). Through traction and rotation, partially dislocated intervertebral joints are repositioned, providing immediate relief of pain caused by a mechanical spinal problem.
Application of a concentrated light beam that penetrates deeply into peripheral joints. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and trophic effects. It accelerates the body’s own tissue regeneration and speeds up the healing process. Practically no contraindications.
A traditional Chinese medicine method based on balancing the body’s energy flow through biologically active points (meridians). Sterile, single-use silver needles are applied. Indicated for vertebrogenic disorders of the peripheral nervous system, lumbosciatica, paresis, muscle spasms, pain, headaches, neuroses, insomnia, and enuresis in children.
By reproducing the biophysical characteristics of a nerve impulse through specific devices, contractions of a muscle or muscle group are induced. Applied at motor points of nerves or muscles using special mapping. This accelerates recovery in cases of partial peripheral paresis or inactivity-related muscle hypotrophy (e.g., after immobilization with a cast or splint).
The patient lies down, wearing inflatable sleeves (for arms) or pants (for legs). With dosed air pressure, the device inflates the cuffs and creates pressure to direct lymph drainage and reduce swelling in cases of lymphedema, heavy legs, venous insufficiency, or cellulite. It includes specific protocols for oncology patients, venous insufficiency, post-surgical edema, and cosmetic purposes.

Important:
